Our transportation services are designed to support busy families throughout the Washington, D.C. area. We understand that every family’s schedule is different, which is why we offer flexible transportation support for school, after-school programs, extracurricular activities, and select weekend events.

Whether a student needs transportation to school, an after-school program, a sports practice, or a grandparent’s home after dismissal, our goal is to help families maintain safe and dependable transportation solutions.

Family Student Enrollment
To begin transportation services, parents or guardians must complete the student enrollment form and submit the required non-refundable registration fee for processing and review.
Once your enrollment form and payment are received:

A member of our team will review your submission and transportation needs.

Parents or guardians will be contacted within 24–72 hours regarding route availability, scheduling, pricing confirmation, and next steps.

Once approved, transportation details, pickup/drop-off information, and service expectations will be finalized before services begin.
Please note: Submitting your Transportation Enrollment Request and Enrollment Processing Fee allows our team to begin planning your student's transportation services.
We will review your request, coordinate scheduling, prepare your Transportation Service Proposal, and contact you with the next steps in the enrollment process.
Enrollment Fee: $75 (Non-Refundable)
School & Organization Partnerships
Transportation support is available for schools, youth programs, shelters, daycare providers, after-school programs, and community organizations seeking structured student transportation coordination services.
Organizations interested in partnering with DC Students Transportation must submit a partnership consultation request prior to transportation services beginning.
What to Expect Next:
• A member of our team will review your organization’s transportation needs, student volume, scheduling requirements, and service areas.
• Organizations will be contacted regarding route planning, pricing structure, transportation availability, and partnership options.
• Once approved, transportation coordination, service expectations, scheduling procedures, and communication protocols will be finalized prior to services beginning.
